Shipping Policy
​​Every 4D Candle is hand-crafted, poured, and prepared with care. Our creations are made in limited batches, and we take every measure to ensure that each package arrives safely and on time. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.
Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted during peak seasons, pre-sales, or limited releases. Each candle is hand-poured and inspected before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Timeframes
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and carrier volume. International shipping times vary and may be subject to customs delays beyond our control.
Tracking & Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipment leaves our facility.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or weather-related issues. If your package arrives damaged, please email support@4dcandles.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll work with you to find a solution.
Pre-Orders & Limited Editions
Due to the handcrafted nature and limited runs of our collections, pre-order items may take longer to fulfill. Estimated ship dates will always be listed on the product page.
