Handcrafted Integrity
Every 4D Candle is hand-poured, finished, and inspected with care. Due to the artisanal nature of our products and limited production runs, all sales are final. Each candle, scent, and digital experience is designed as part of a cohesive collection — a sensory artwork meant to be experienced, not returned.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to support@4dcandles.com within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the product and packaging, along with your order number. We’ll review each claim individually and may offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
Please note: shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable, and replacements are contingent on available inventory.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only issued in the rare event that a product cannot be replaced or an order was processed in error on our part. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Pre-Orders, Limited Editions & Custom Work
Due to their collectible nature, all pre-orders, limited-edition releases, and custom creations are final sale. Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page at the time of purchase.
